Meet with you at your home to discuss your ideas and goals
Meet with an architect, if necessary
Provide a comprehensive estimate
Assist in obtaining any necessary town approvals and obtain all required permits
Meet with you periodically throughout your project to review the project status
Provide a punch list of finishing touches before the project's completion and invite you to do the same
Complete all punch list items
